Energy and excitement are a natural part of growth and learning at this age. Two-year-olds are filled with energy and an innate curiosity about the world around them. They’re also quickly developing their own sense of independence. Through a balance of routine and playful exploration, we nurture your child’s growing independence in the classroom. These classrooms offer plenty of space for movement, individual work, and group activities.

Our two-year-old Project Construct classrooms are child-centered, with a hands-on approach that focuses on learning through play and experiments on a specific project or theme. Children choose activities in centers, designed around books, building, homemaking, or art, engage with them, and then learn to return the materials to their proper places when finished. This helps instill a sense of order and responsibility in the child. Activities are carefully designed and structured to promote the child’s development across cognitive, motor, social, and emotional domains.
